We build websites that make people choose you.

Hotels, B&Bs, campsites, tradespeople, shops and small businesses: we build or rebuild your website. You see a mockup before you commit to anything.

Demo website for a fictional joinery. The headline reads “Woodwork made for your home”, in stone and slate-blue tones.
Another version of the same site on a phone: a carved antique door filling the screen, with a large headline in capitals.

Live sites and demos

A live site, and full mockups you can open.

The sites for Le Cœur sur la Main – Jéricho, our client, and for LODMI are live: we designed and built them. Then come our mockups: every project starts with a real mockup you can open on a computer or a phone. Le Cœur sur la Main and the campsite mockups are shown in English; the other examples are in French. A client’s site can be in English, in French or in both.

  • Home page of lecoeursurlamain-jericho.com, English version. The headline reads “Le Cœur sur la Main, the calm of the Normandy countryside”, with round photos of the small house and, at the bottom, a drawn landscape with the house, the arbour, the pond and the apple trees.

Before and after

A family-run 2-star campsite. Its old site showed “Not secure”, with text in every colour and small photos. On the right, the mockup we prepared for it.

Name and places removed; on the old site, photos and phone number hidden.

Old site, in French: bright green background, underlined menu on the left, lines of white, purple and red text, small photos.

After, mockup

The sites lecoeursurlamain-jericho.com and lodmi.com are live, and we built them. Three Planes Joinery is a fictional business, created for the demo. Le Cœur sur la Main – Jéricho is a real client, and its site is live. The other images come from mockups prepared for businesses whose sites had aged.

AI search

Your customers ask ChatGPT questions too.

More and more people look for a business by asking an AI assistant instead of Google. We set up your site so these assistants can read it easily and say who you are.

  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Claude

Nobody can honestly promise you a place on Google, or a mention by an AI assistant. What we do commit to is solid work: a fast, well-built site that these tools can read.

Method

We start with the work.

You don’t have to take our word for it: you see your site before you decide.

  1. Free

    The audit

We go through your current site the way a customer would, on a phone first and then on a computer. You get a short document with screenshots.

  2. Before you commit

    The mockup

We prepare your new site with your photos and your text, in three styles. You only commit if you like it.

  3. 1 to 2 weeks

    Going live

You choose a package. We finish the site with you, you approve it, and we put it online.

  4. Optional

    Ongoing care

If you want, we keep looking after the site: maintenance, security, and your prices and dates for each season.

Packages

Three packages, clear prices.

All prices are in euros. The 12 monthly payments are simply a way of paying: it is not a subscription. The site belongs to you, and stays yours after the 12 months with nothing more to pay. You can also pay in one go. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

How much does a site cost, exactly?

Creation costs €59, €99 or €149 a month for 12 months, depending on the package, then nothing more. The monthly payments are a way of paying, not a subscription, and the site belongs to you. Paid in one go, it costs €590, €990 or €1,490. That is the price you pay: VAT does not apply (art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). After that, the Managed Site at €19 a month is optional, with no minimum term, and the first month is free.

How long does it take?

From 1 to 2 weeks whatever the package, counted from the order and given as a guide. The timing mostly depends on how quickly we gather your text, your photos and your approvals.

I know nothing about computers. Is that a problem?

No. You have nothing to install and nothing to learn. We reuse the text, prices and photos from your current site, you tell us what has changed by phone or by email, and we deal with the rest: domain name, hosting and going live.

Who updates the site afterwards?

With the Managed Site, we do: 30 minutes of changes a month and one seasonal update a year (prices, opening dates, photos). Without it, your site stays online and changes are made on request, quoted separately. Prefer to do it yourself? We can build an admin area protected by a code, where you edit your text, photos, prices and availability without touching any code. It is included in the Direct booking and Premium packages.

What if I don’t like the result?

The mockup commits you to nothing: you see it before any order, and if you don’t like it, we stop there. You only order once you have seen the result.

Who owns the site?

You do. Once the price is paid, you own your site, your text and your photos. We register and manage the domain name for you so that you have nothing technical to deal with, and we transfer it to you whenever you ask.

Will ChatGPT or another AI assistant mention my site?

We use every lever available so that these assistants know your site and can suggest it to your future customers: a Q&A page, structured information, an overview file written for them, and clear content about your business.

Will I be first on Google?

Nobody can honestly promise that. What we commit to is solid work: a fast, well-built site with carefully written titles, descriptions and structured data.
